"Genuinely cannot believe how terrible this service was. I never leave reviews, but this one was definitely warranted. I am a small business owner and was referred to Jamie. Our first meeting was great, and then things got worse and worse. Jamie was extremely rude when I would email her questions, and it felt like she never actually wanted to help at all. I have had to seek out help from friends to get me on track with accounting because of how bad her services were. It’s been 6 months now, and I just received an email saying she won’t be doing my taxes. I am someone who always tries to give people the benefit of the doubt, but this has all been a ridiculous process. This place if affordable but run the other way! Working with Jamie has caused me way more harm than good, and I cannot believe how unprofessional she has been. I am hoping that writing this review will save someone else a massive headache."
