"They can’t get their act together. It’s now been 4 times my Dr transferred the same prescription to be refilled and CVS still says they need the Dr to send it because they never received it. My Dr says CVS is notorious for not receiving the prescription. A good many of the pharmacists there lack any sympathy for their clients due to their poor coordination."

"After making a purchase two weeks ago, the cashier gave me a $5.00 rewards receipt. This was the same cashier/manager who earlier signed me up for the rewards program. Today when I made another purchase I presented my rewards receipt and card. The same person who signed me up for the program and gave me the 5.00 reward now said it wasn't working under my phone number or card and there was nothing he could do about it! This is ridiculous! No way to run things. Very disappointing."

"This place is awful. Last time I needed an Rx refill, I never got a text that it was ready. Finally called and they said they were out but would have it in stock next week. Called again and they said I actually need a doctor pre authorization to fill. Took 3 weeks from the time I initially requested for it to be ready. Today I showed up to pick up a Rx and the pharmacist had no-showed so I couldn’t pickup my stuff. They are also closed for lunch from 1-2 pm. Don’t expect to get your meds anytime soon. Expect multiple visits before you get what you need."

"I used this CVS for a year and loved it, but it has gone downhill. The pharmacy staff member this morning was so rude, she brought me to tears. The pharmacy had made a mistake, and rather than own up to it, she immediately began to condescend me and talk down to me. She was hurried and rude. I did escalate this to higher management to be resolved. If you are looking for compassionate care and a bedside matter, skip this CVS."

"I've used this pharmacy for a couple of years now and during which I went through a huge health crisis. During that time, I'd go into the pharmacy to try a new medication almost every week or so. The pharmacist was super nice and always asked me how things were going. During that super stressful and confusing time in my life, it was really great to have someone who made my frequent trips to the pharmacy pleasant. Now that I'm in better health, I still use them for all of my regular prescriptions."
