Ben Lo, in turn, was a student of Cheng Man-Ch'ing, the creator of the 37-movement style of Tai Chi. Andy's dept of knowledge of Tai Chi is amazing. He is able to share this knowledge in a relatable way to all levels of students. He consistently relates the principles of Tai Chi to practical application.
