"1) Poor expertise. 2) Poor response. 3) Terrible work product. 4) No follow-up. 5) Did not install the product as promised. 1) Asked for mini-splits for the home. Said 3 would cool the house of 5 bedrooms, every day its hot, the rooms without mini-splits are hot. 2) June 30th was install date. Asked for 75% down to begin installation on time. Didn't show up for a week later. Left 2 of three non-working units in the house and finally got them working 40 days after initial install. 3) It's now September 25th and wires are still showing all over the outside the house, the line-hide is multiple colors. When initial install was completed, they did not work for a month. Did not clean up after themselves after digging trench, left dirt all over my patio I had to clean. 4) He's paid in full and will not respond to texts or calls. Did not follow-up with rebate information. 5) Promised wi-fi units. He installed units with no wi-fi. (Update: Oct. 18. Still has not installed wifi. Wants to charge me $300 more for additional units. That I'll have to install myself. Simply dishonest. Still wires hanging out of linehide.)"
