"I went to the Midas shop on 76 and Troost Avenue. It was clean, and the workers were Ready to address my concerns. My truck needed a catalytic converter. I had to leave my truck there and wait on them to call me with a quote. I thought it was a little expensive, but I’ve never had to purchase one before and I knew I needed my truck, so I agreed. They were not able to assist my vehicle that day, so I had to wait until the next day. The next day they called me to tell me my car was ready, and I agreed to pick it up the following day. When I called the following day to say that I would pick up my truck and I asked for the quote of the amount that I was to pay it was different from the original quote By $40. The person who gave me the original quote was off that day, and I need to get my Truck. The gentleman apologize for the misunderstanding regarding the difference in the amount I was offered and what I had to pay. Go to pick up my truck because it was necessary for me to have it immediately at that time."

"Today was my first time at Midas, and I will be back ! Eric was extremely helpful, and got me in and out fast for an oil change. I’ve never paid anything less than $60/$70 for an oil change, so that was extremely convenient as well. Thank you Midas for taking care of me :)"

"Great place for an oil change! It was very easy to make an appointment. The staff was very friendly. I stayed waiting for my vehicle and I was out in an hour. I would definitely come back here."

"Staff are very nice and helpful. Don't expect to walk in and get your vehicle serviced, make an appointment. Also, had my tire patched (with warranty) and the mechanic didn't put the spare back on my truck because he couldn't find my jack to do it. So he put the spare in the bed of my truck instead of coming into the lobby and asking me where the jack was in my truck. Thank God I am a badass and went home and attached it back myself. They were willing to attach it, but I had already been there for over an hour and had another appointment to get to. A bit disorganized."

"I can't say enough good things about my experience here! Emily was amazing to work with!!! Excellent customer service----helpful, informative, so easy to work with, accommodating, friendly, saved me money, etc! I spent 3 days dealing with her because of all our car issues, and every interaction was so nice! I even dealt with Alison on one occasion and that was awesome too! I'm going to recommend to everyone I know to go to Emily at Midas on Troost because of the great experience I had. I have trust issues with car places, but Emily changed that. How refreshing to find great customer service like this! It's so rare anymore; I so appreciate people like her! People like her deserve loyalty. And people like her make me take the time to make recommendations to others. Because she cared about the service she was giving me, I will make effort to try and help her as much as I can. A win-win attitude---the only kind to have!"
