"Bobby Howard & Sons installed my mother's new unit in 2017. Two major repairs already. The last time was 29 days ago when it quit working. Finally, after a week, she got them to come out to check it. It was the motor. She was told it would be a couple days. Ended up being over 3 weeks in 25-40 degree weather most days. They won’t answer the phone & seldom return calls. Was told 5 different times they’d be out the next day. Never showed, never called. Was told they had the part then was told they didn’t. It was under warranty but have since found out other companies can do the repairs also. Took them about 35 minutes to replace the part and charged $200 labor. Their service is nonexistent. The workers were nice, but definitely do not recommend this company!"

"My parents used this company for a brand new furnance/ac with new duct work and have had nothing but trouble ever since. The unit wasn't put in correctly, trying to get them out to service it is like pulling teeth. The most recent service person said there was broken piece in the unit, and fanaggled it to make it work. Then told my mom it needed that part replaced and a thermostat, but didn't order any parts. He took her money and she told me he said 'you'll be calling me later'. Last night ice formed on the unit and she had to turn it off. She is still waiting for service."

"Bobby did us a great job. He was busy but he did make time for us. I do recommend his company. He does make sure things are done right."

"Done great when installing the unit. Had the unit only 2 years and now it doesn’t work. Called multiple times. Employee told me he didn’t know what was wrong with it then just left. Now my carpet is soaking wet, my house is 85 and they won’t answer the phone or return my calls. Would not recommend."

"It's been three weeks now since I first called them, they put in freon and did some sort of bypass on the unit so I would have air, they said they had to order parts that was two weeks ago, then was told the parts were in and they would be out to fix it, noone showed. Called back the following week was told the guy who was supposed to come was having hip pain so he could come then, again was told they would be out again noone showed or called, I called back again and was told the part had to be ordered after I was told they had the parts. They were supposed to come this past Friday to put sensors on the unit but I don't know if they did cause we were out of town and was told they would be out yesterday to come and find the leak noone showed or called, they were supposed to be here today to fix the unit with the ordered parts and again noone has shown or called."
