"I was so impressed with the free introductory class for my two boys (5 & 7 yrs old) that I decided to join as well. Now 6 months later, we are all 3 really enjoying the lessons every week. Sensei Gary is fantastic with the kids, and really good with adults, teaching everything from balance, strength, agility, endurance, and self defense, but most importantly respect and self confidence. Lessons learned can be applied to all aspects of life and I would highly recommend this to anyone young and old. 15 month update: The boys have earned their purple belts, and I have noticed improvements in their other sports (track/cross-country and basketball). For me, my strength and flexibility has greatly improved, but best of all I have new friends who support and help push each other to improve themselves every week. Would still highly recommend."
