"It has a large variety of Chiefs merchandise and a lot of various local/regional college teams. The only drawback is navigating their small shopping carts around their crowded isles. Granted, the isles are like that because the store is overflowing with apparel."

"The reason I didn't give this location 5 stars is due to the service. I went to this location to purchase an item I saw online that stated there were only 2 left. When we arrived and found the clock there was only one left and it made a rattling sound in the back. We weren't sure if it was a loose piece or actually broken. When we asked Chelsea(sp) if that was how it was supposed to sound she replied with "is that how the clocks on your wall at home sound?". I was completely livid. There was no reason for her snide remark except for the fact we interrupted a conversation she was having with another employee. It was so rude and uncalled for. And when I told her that she was rude, she just had a little smirk on her face and said she was sorry I took it that way. How else was I supposed to take it when I was asking about a gift I wanted to give for Christmas that was hard to locate? I wanted to leave the store right then and there but decided to purchase something else instead. Chelsea needs a lesson or two in customer service."

"Should be 0 stars. Awful, rude customer service. No live person to talk to. You will wait for hours for someone to reply to a chat request, and they will not help you if you do not provide an image of their incompetence to process and deliver accurate orders. Not everyone uses their phone to conduct e-commerce and they rudely dismiss you if you don't. Find another vendor with real customer service that actually cares about satisfying customers rather lying about it on their website."
