"I have had nothing but amazing experiences with Crossroads. My counselor Tanya is amazing. She seriously helped me through some hard times with myself and my relationship. My relationship has completely transformed. She is not judgy or rude at all. She didn’t just hold a notebook and coldly ask questions. She’s so sweet and kind and caring. She really listens and gives great feedback. She listens to both sides and meets in the middle as a completely unbiased party. She is so calm and every time I see her I feel so much better. And she works on a sliding scale so even when I was desperate and had no money, she worked with us so that we could actually afford her services. She also works in other facilities and she is amazing at her job. The whole vibe of the building is very comforting. Not cold and like an institution. It’s comfortable and calming. She’s always so happy to see us and we always leave on a positive note. I highly, highly recommend her and Crossroads all together. They are amazing. She’s also very flexible with her schedule which is so nice. She ALWAYS txts to confirm her appointments with you. She’s always punctual. She always greets you with a smile and a laugh. If you have had trouble in the past finding a counselor, I 100% recommend that try this place. It’s totally different than any other counselor I’ve ever been to. I would give 10 stars if I could."
