"Though I've had horrible experiences with the staff (never the doctor) at the Denmark location before, it seems they may have turned a new leaf here. Time will tell. I remain hopeful for now"

"Everyone here is fantastic! The receptionists are very kind and personable. Dr. Burkheart is very patient and thorough. I have seen two different nurse practitioners and they were very kind and thorough as well. I am always able to get in to see someone in a timely fashion and they are always quick to get me in and out. I highly recommend this practice for primary care."

"I just want to see if I'm the only one and it appears I'm not. I arrived with a sick kid, the staff was extremely rude. I waited two hours and walked into the hallway to speak with someone. I was told I need to go back to my room. I explained that I've been in there for 2 hours and Ashley got an attitude and told me to go back to my room. When she came back, she stated noone knew I was there when I was clearly told to wait in the room for test results. I don't normally leave reviews unless they are positive but this was absolutely ridiculous."

"Called trying to find a new primary care doctor. After being on the phone the lady told me since I had a few visits from 2017 that were no call no shows(due to some issues) I can never be seen at this office. These offices have ridiculous polices. After asking the lady if there is anything I could do she told me no."

"Here is what has happened to me. My husband switched over to Dr. Borgmann. He then was able to switch our teen daughter. When asked if I could switch, the receptionist said I was banned because of an outstanding bill. I called the office the next day. I found out I was NOT BANNED from Mercy. However, it doesn't end here. I still have to wait to see her as a PCP. The receptionist wants the doctor to decide whether or not she sees me as a patient. Lol. My husband has high bp and other medical problems. Oh well... Discrimination..."
