"Is this store closing? It was a disaster!! The worst Joann's I've ever been in. They have boxes stacked, like they have no storage in the building. A lot of the shelves were not stocked with many products or completely empty and most of the ones with stuff on them were very messy."

"Store doesn't seem as neat & clean as it used to be. It was always busy every time I went in, but there were very few people there, and it seemed like very few employees. Guess that's why their hours have been reduced to 11am - 6pm daily. The one employee that I did encounter was very nice & the items I wanted were in stock."

She helped me so much with a project and gave me suggestions on where to go, what to look for etc. She even came to find me on another aisle a few minutes later because she thought of another idea for my project - she was so kind, and helpful (mind you, this was all during the last 10 minutes before they closed) and I just appreciated her so much.
