"Service was very good. I have an observation. The technician did not have a picture ID and my wife was home alone when the technician arrived. She was not very comfortable letting the technician in our home. She did not receive the email from 417 Mars because I handled everything. I strongly recommend that technicians have a picture ID when they arrive at the home. Another option might be to ask the customer if there is another email address they should include for communications. Thayt would have provided a picture to my wife. I did not know to forward that email to her because it did not occur to me the technician wouldn't have a picture ID from 417 Mars."

"Dewey with 417 MARS was sent out at the request of my home warranty company to fix my dishwasher that wasn't draining. As soon as Dewey accepted the claim he was on the case. He called and kept me informed, showed up when he said he would. He was very pleasant and went right to work. He discovered my problem in a matter of minutes and handled the approval with my warranty company directly. All I had to do was wait for him to return with the needed part he ordered the week prior and BAM dishwasher working. No monkey business. Great service. I'll request Dewey next time I have any appliance need...warranty or not. Thanks Dewey!!"
