"I called for new dishwasher installation, and was scheduled for the following day. Communication was good, arrived on time, and Leonard was courteous and respectful during the install. He also went the additional step to install a wood piece underneath my granite so the dishwasher could be anchored instead of drilled into the cabinet. Excellent customer service and I highly recommend."

"They were quick to come out and diagnose our 2019 dishwasher, which was great… they ordered the part and called back to schedule the install a week and a half later. Bummer, after replacing the part, Leonard didn’t fully check it to make sure it ran correctly before jetting and we had to call and schedule another trip out to fix a brand-new second issue (it was just beeping at us)… he came out and fixed that the next day, but didn’t bolt the dishwasher back to the counter and didn’t re-bolt the bottom cover on… just left the job only half-finished… I texted him to tell him, he called right away and said he would be back later that day. That was 3 days ago… ghosted, even after texting to follow up. So, we are thankful the initial issue was fixed, but not a smooth transaction and would NOT recommend. UPDATE: The dishwasher quit working a week later, we are going to just replace it... frustrations continue... and our money is wasted!!"

"they didn’t know what they was doing and was there 5 min maybe 10 at the house and was on the phone talking to whoever was telling them what to do . which they didn’t do nothing charged 100.00 I do not give them a good rating at all. I do not mind paying bill if you van send someone over that can fix."
