"I have been trying to withdraw from my account since December 5. I place a hold on my account due to identity theft in 2016. They have made it so difficult to remove the freeze even when I have been to their local office to prove identity. In addition, my account is not in their system. It is with a third party although it is on their letterhead and lists Fidelity’s phone number. Had I known it would be this difficult to access my account I would have never ask to freeze my account. My advice is never freeze your account or you will die trying to get your money."

"My experience was just fine! Contacted them over the phone and made an in person appointment. They emailed me confirming my appointment with my financial consultant. Alex Winkelman was my financial consultant. He helped me roll over my old 401K. I'm not really great with investing and financing money. He used layman's terms with me, talked to me very respectfully, and made everything super easy! I would definitely recommend using their services!"

"My aunt has an account with Fidelity and she passed away March 2021. In the last 16 months we've called their Transitions Services team numerous times, and each time uploaded a copy of her death certificate, yet they claim they do not have it. I also got a building address from them to mail a copy, to no avail. On 2 occasions, we've DRIVEN TO THIS OFFICE and handed the certificate to someone who said he would make a copy for that team. To this day they still say they don't have it. We do not have access to her account after 16 months. THIS SEEMS UNETHICAL! I am opening a complaint with the BBB."

"I advise you to never ever deal with this company in any way. Still after over a year of fighting and hours on the phone etc.. I still can't get my money back from these a--holes!! They keep stating after numerous times sending all the requested documentation, driving to their office, etc... that I need to prove who I am. They have multiple excuses stating that they "didn't get it", "it was illegible", "you need something something else", etc....... They are plain thieves trying to steal my $. I've contacted a lawyer still with no results thus far. It appears that I will no doubt have to sue them and go to court etc. to get what is rightfully mine. You've been warned this company is as crooked as they come!!"
