"Place has went down hill badly. Needed a new mag for a 5 HP Briggs. Dumb kid could not find it and didnt seem to care, Also handed me back the Mag with the spark plug I had on it, gone. petty theft of a spark plug...seriously???? Drove to Joplin Mower, and they went to the back and came right back out with a new Magneto,,no problem!, The problem with Mikes, is that unless you want THEM to fix the small engine, they really don't want to help or sell you parts. Ill never darken the door again, There used to be a Woman at the parts counter, who really knew her stuff,,,,,but sadly no longer."

"I wish I had before and after photos of out mower. I'd definitely give Mike's mower service 5 stars. I took out older Craftsman mower in for service, it was looking pretty sad and was in much need of an over haul. Honestly I was pretty close to just buying a new one all together, but financially it was better idea to try and fix the one we had. I took in an old mower barley limping along and for under $60 bucks got back a great running mower. (Almost like new!)"

"Worked on my mower and the price was good. Also took another one and he was honest about the motor not worth putting money into it. Didn't charge me on that one."
