"I went to this repair store two weeks ago because I was having issues with my speaker on my phone and could not hear the person on the other end very well. They ordered a part and had me come back a week later which I did. They had ordered the wrong part. Ordered the correct part and scheduled me again a week out. Went in for my appointment that day and left the phone for repair and came back four hours later and they tell me that they were not able to repair my phone because they ordered the wrong part again. I went to another repair shop in Joplin and he cleaned my speaker in less than a minute and the phone works perfectly."

"Unfortunately I can't leave a zero star review because if I could do that I would definitely give it that rating. Went in to have a warranty issue fixed and my phone was working perfectly aside from a small issue and came back to pick it up and no one took accountability for the damage that the screen had, the fact that the sim card tray was jammed in the phone and also, none of the screens on the phone worked at all. Needless to say I had to just file an insurance claim and pay out of my own pocket for a mistake that this company made and their lack of accountability to pay for the claim that had to be made."

"Unfortunately I have insurance through assurion. They sent me here and I was told they couldn't fix my phone because even though they had the parts they did not have the right color. They said they would not order or try to obtain the right color. The younger guy in there was very rude throughout and completely unhelpful. I ended up having to buy a new phone instead of getting mine fixed because of their failure to do their jobs."

"The problem I have with this place does not come from the fact that they didn't fix my computer (it was unfixable) but rather their utter lack of communication. They'd always promise to call me with updates, but I had to reach out every and every time for 4+ days. And even on the final day, I had to ask him up front if they can even fix it. They only gave me vague answers and never actually told me it was permanently damaged. I couldn't put up with it anymore, and I took it to a different gentleman who told me in 10 minutes what the issue was and why it will not be able to be fixed. They are very busy, especially when I went, so I'd opt for a different small business for quicker service and better communication next time."
