"First of all, it took Alpha 1 three weeks to come and see what was wrong with my washing machine then they came back to fix it without all the parts needed so had to schedule another appointment which made me have to miss work three times losing $400 a day and finally on the third time after 9 weeks they had all the parts but as soon as the technician left that said it was fixed , I tried to wash a load of laundry, and it was doing the same exact thing as before they repaired it. I got under the washing machine and the pulley is stripped out again and the belt had came off again. I will never use alpha 1 again !!!!!!! On my way to go buy a new washing machine tonight! It has costed me $1,200 in wages and $200 in laundry mat fees for 9 weeks waiting on Alph 1 . New washer just costed me $765.00 so it was a no brainer I could not wait on them anymore after them telling me they would need to send a senior technician out to try to fix it again. I will skip all warranties from now on because no one is competent to fix anything anymore. I suggest everyone steer clear of alpha 1"
