"I purchased a mineral feeder today. Two women were working while several men sat and chatted behind the counter. It was not assembled, they didn’t offer to assemble it. A guy helped me load it. He asked if I was going to strap it down. I didn’t have straps so I said no. It was loaded on my feed truck flat bed. I put the arms down to brace it. Again, not their idea. I kept asking for replacement flaps. They said they would order them. Didn’t bother to take my number to notify me when they came in. I went back in to give them my.number and contact information. Every time I’ve been in there it’s the same. One person seems to be working while the others sit around. Their customer service is piss poor. I won’t be back. I’m surprised they are still in business."
