"After having a very poor experience at a different vet that left my dog traumatized, I decided to give Sugar Creek a try. I brought both my 6 year old hound and my new GSP puppy in, and just wow. Dr. Keys and the rest of the staff were absolutely incredible. First off they were so sweet to my GSP puppy and really made his first vet experience super fun and exciting. With my hound (the traumatized one), they showed nothing but patience and sympathy. This was a complete 180 from my dogs last vet experience. Dr. Keys was on the ground with different treats in hand (which would’ve never happened at my last vet), making sure that my dog felt at ease and safe before any shots or examinations took place. I will be taking my boys to Sugar Creek from here on out! They have a level of care that I have never seen before, and not just for the animals, but for the humans as well!
