Walmart Garden Center 406 South Walton Boulevard, Bentonville, AR 72712

"I have mixed emotions about my experience. I went to go buy top soil. The gardener outside told me "I think it's inside to the right." I went inside, there was nothing there. I then asked another associate and she said "I think it is outside." Well, I was just outside and was told to go inside. So I finally asked the selfcheckout manager? Not sure what her role was, but she was super helpful. Showed me what they had, how much they are, and even rung me up so I could pick them up at the loading area. I then went to the loading area and an associate made himself vanish. Just walked away once he saw me coming. I had to load 20 heavy bags of soil by myself. Hit my head multiple times on the shelf because the pallets were shoved to the back and hard to reach. Put a lot of strain on my back because of the pallet placement. I was not able to properly lift under a shelf. 50/50 reveiw for me. Only good thing was the low price and 1 helpful associate. I work at a home improvement store, and I have to say that was lousy customer service from 3 associates. Why does walmart have a loading area, but no loaders. They didn't even have someone check my receipt. Felt bad for another lady loading soil by herself too. They really needed to down stock some soil or make it more accessible without hitting your head or messing up your back."

"Walmart has really upped their game on live plants this year. I have bought several vegetable and floral plants at this store. They all lived and are doing beautifully. Keep up the great work."

"They have nothing on Home Depot when it comes to service. It's April and we need manure. Sound simple? Nope, they oversold us at two locations causing us to walk to the service desk for a refund every time. They aren't aware of their soil inventory. We went to Home Depot where they had what we needed and had several people loading our truck. Walmart lost $1,000 this year, not to mention our garden business going forward."
