"Our rescue brought one of the little unfortunate dogs to this vet, that is typically used, however, this vet chose not to work on this dog’s leg for a week. It was a little dachshund. With their disregard for proper and efficient medication, our rescue lost his leg in a week. I absolutely do not support this Vet Clinic or respect any of their oaths to regard life/ support for the helpless."

"Just moved to Siloam Springs two weeks ago from Florida when my baby Trixie (chihuahua/min pin mix)developed a cough that became progressively worse during the day. Of course It is a holiday; I was surprised any vet was even open. I called one vet who nonchalantly told me they were leaving early after she checked to see if Trixie could be seen-made appt for next morning. The second one I called was so nice and considerate and told me to bring Trixie on in now. I cannot express my gratitude and thankfulness to these wonderful people. Dr. Amy Jones is simply the best and totally awesome vet I have ever dealt with. She actually took her time and explained the x-ray and meds to me. It was after closing when we left and I’m so happy to have had this first time experience in Siloam Springs!!"

"All the staff was very nice and understanding. I had been trying to get my kitty in to other places cause he was having breathing problems among other problems. I had noticed. No one would help. I came here and they took care of me and Philip. Sad that he was to far gone and had to be put to sleep. They allowed me to take time with him. They kept checking on me. And made the whole process a little better considering the situation. My heart and appreciation gose out to each and every staff member there. Thank you so much for all that you have done.
