When the day came we were distraught. The staff were alerted that we were on our way. They brought us right in, providing privacy, information and let us say our goodbyes. I will never forget the kindness shown to us that day. In the following days the team reached out to share condolences and check in. His ashes were presented in a beautifully crafted box, with a clay imprint of his paw. I miss him deeply, but he is still close by. I have since brought home three French Bulldogs. Nothing will ever replace my sweet boy, but their antics and love bring joy back to each day. I know that for years to come they will be in great hands- Even when Louie throws a fit during his nail trimmings. Thank you."
