"Google's address for this shop is wrong. It is in Shawnee, not Lenexa. 24105 W 43rd St in Shawnee is correct. But it was well worth the extra miles from Overland Park. We were traveling through and needed an emergency repair. They fit us in the next day and completed the work in just a few hours. (Our regular shop at home usually has a 4 week wait). Friendly and helpful staff."
"This company advertises as if they have Mutiple locations. They don't, They are independently owned (I presume all relatives). The Galveston County location was paid $2300.00 for parts on my motor home from warranty company. They never ordered parts, pocketed money. I contacted the Kansas location because the Galveston location would not return my calls. The Kansas location explained it was a relative that owned the Galveston location. The Kansas location owner (Jaymen) said he would make it right. As of this day even Jaymen(Kansas) is not returning my calls either."
"Used them 2 times. First time was with electrical and furnace . Came after hours to one location then came to a second location when part came in. Very professional. Next time came out for ac work. Technician came out again after hours did great diagnostic work ordered the part and have ghosted me since. I still don't have the part and technician will not respond to text or phone calls."
"Jayme the owner is a crook, I am a 100%disabled veteran, he sold me an AC unit for my travel trailer for $500 with a 60 day warranty or money back. The unit worked for 1 week and then just stopped working. So I called him for warranty work, he has been giving me the runaround. After a week I asked for my money back. He said no way in hell, that he never said that . It's been 3 weeks and he has stopped replying to my texts and phone calls.The man cannot be trusted. I expect no more or no less then what he told me the day I paid him $500 for the unit he said he would give 60 day warranty or money back. I would not recommend him, someone that takes your money and doesn't honor his word. Be warned don't hire these people."
"We are full time living in our RV while we do travel nursing and have been dealing with multiple leaks in our RV for a few months. We have had 3 different people out to try and fix it and for some reason or another they couldn’t get it done. Jaymen was able to get everything fixed and hooked back up the way it is supposed to be. He definitely took care of us and saved us! Highly recommend him."
