"We had a solid experience back in September 2023 when the heating element on our Samsung electric dryer was replaced. Fast forward to February 2024, and the heating element was out again. Gave Arrowhead a call; heard back within a day. Had a brief chat with Andy who diagnosed what was probably going on, and got us into the system to have someone come out Monday. Clayton showed up on time, ran his diagnostics and confirmed Andy's findings, and replaced the heating element at no cost as it was still under warranty. Very prefessional team; explained everything that was being done and walked me through the work order summary before he left. Would highly recommend Arrowhead if you run into issues with your dryer."

"The service technician was on time, very professional and courteous. In the long run it was going to be more cost efficient to purchase a new refridgerator. The service call fee was very reasonable. If we need to call a repair service again I would definitely call Arrowhead."

Anthony diagnosed the issue in mins and located replacement parts. He came back in two days and fixed the fridge. He was careful with my wood floors and left no trace. "Arrowhead Appliance to my rescue again! A year ago they came over and replaced a cracked tube in my Whirlpool fridge that was causing water to leak on my kitchen floor. Recently, they came over and unlocked my Frigidaire oven door when the door lock malfunctioned. Both times were on a weekend. Both times they responded promptly. I can’t say enough good things about this business. Professional, kind, knowledgeable, friendly, understanding…….they were just awesome!!! Please support this company! It is so hard to find good customer service and knowledgeable, caring businesses these days. Giving them 5 stars is not enough!"
