"Office manager most unhelpful. Let me know up front that they didnt want our business. I explained my situation to him that it was an urgent matter involving a refrigerator and food. He quickly insisted that he wanted no part of my Basket Case problem. When I asked to speak to the owner he advised me that he is in charge and speaking to the owner wasnt necessary. I have the whole conversation recorded on my cell phone and I hope the owner of the company reaches out. You know a person doesn't mind being told no thank you but there's a right way and a wrong way to do it. And I feel that he used the rudest way possible to convey his point. At the end of a phone call he finally shifted his stance 2 saying they didn't have time to accommodate us right now which is what he should have said in the first place and left it at that. I think of myself as a fairly nice person and normally do not go out of my way to write a negative review on somebody. But this guy really rubbed me the wrong way."
