"PRO H2O staff have the highest integrity and professionalism. I cannot say enough good things about this company. My system was originally installed by another company last year (Ideal Lawn and Sprinkler) and it never worked properly. Pro H2O came out to do my annual backflow test and they found major issues with my system. Their Technician Dave (Great Guy) saw the main line feeding the system was not properly installed and had been leaking all winter long. Not only that but my zone valves were stuck open and robbed the entire system of pressure. Dave knew these were major issues that he was not responsible for. However, due to the high integrity of PRO H2O staff, he knew he couldn't leave my property without getting the leak fixed and the valves cleared. Especially after I had explained that the installer (Ideal Lawn) was avoiding my calls and not showing up to fix issues when they knew they were there. This was not their issue to deal with but they took it upon themselves to ensure things were corrected the right way and operating properly. PRO H2O will always have my business from now on and no other company can meet their high standards. If you don't use Pro H2O, you may regret it. These guys are definitely PRO's when it comes to sprinkler systems and Customer service. Thanks PRO H20, you saved the day (again) I owe you one!"
