"Wish I have read the reviews before sending my Gallagher load bar to the business for repair. I would be very cautious about sending anything for repair to this place. Sent my load bar on August 10, 2023. After not hearing for the company, I have tried to reach out to them by phone, email, and text with no response back. At this point, I would just like my load bar back whether it is fixed or not. Very disappointing with this company and plan to contact the BBB and perhaps my attorney."

"Sent multiple fencers under the understanding they would be easy to repair and all parts were in stock. After he received my fencers all responding/ communication stopped. I have tried on multiple occasions with no luck. Seems I'm not the only person having this issue. After talking with multiple people with the same experience the consensus is he is using parts from some customers property to fix other customers items. What little comments he's getting on his recent youtube videos are "where is my property". Other review places are filled with reviews like this one.. "Top notch. As others have said, very knowledgeable and generous with his time. Has assisted me on 2 difference occasions via email. Each time he has responded within a few days. Watch his videos, and it will be obvious he knows what he is talking about. You will also learn which ones to purchase and which ones to stay away from. I had my first charger go out and he basically told me it was cheap junk and no parts were available and to buy another one. Wish I had known about Fencer Fixer before I purchased it. If this one goes out, I'm shipping it to Fencer Fixer."
