The equipment had been damaged during the tow (we were not able to see it until after papers were signed and paid). After calling, they were not at all willing to help make the situation right. They denied any responsibility. Customer service over the phone and in person was horrible. Just feeling very disappointed in this experience especially considering it’s a small town company.
