"Took a couple tries to find the right drop-off location, there are multiple buildings as part of a complex. Had a dry van loaded with boxes of train parts. Look for gray-haired forklift operator, he is the point person for unloading. Name signed on the BOL was Todd. Arrived an hour early and didn’t wait too long to get unloaded. Mostly flatbeds here but also some vans. Employees are helpful. Make sure to have safety glasses, steel toes & vest just in case, but you prob won’t need those unless you’re a flatbed loading inside one of the buildings."

"My only recommendation for GE transportation is to fire Todd Osborn because he is the worst human being! The whole time I was there making a delivery he was yelling at me! He made think that he owns the company! He was threatening me that he would forbid me from this location! Personally, I would never deliver to this location! People should not be treated like this and this person should be trained on basic skills which is treat other people as he wants you to be treated. Business should never tolerate racism and he is very racist!!!"

"NOT even 1 star, this place is a nightmare for the driver, no one cares about carrier, you can go 24 hr on drive and be late for 20 min, on their own round trip load, they will not take you, Flat load, 2 pallets waited 12 hours to get unloaded!!!!! They are not busy but still they will not work you in, do not go to this place total loss , let them haul their own loads... oh one more thing, communication only by email !!!!!!phone # disconnected...."
