"They did repair my phone but I was without it for a week and then had to call multiple times to check on it. He left a message telling me more repairs needed to be made and when I called to see how much additional it was going to be I didn't get a call back with that estimate. Only to get a call when it was ready saying it was going to be twice as much as the agreed upon amount. I would've been better off getting a new phone and would have declined the additional repairs if they would've given me the option. I definitely wouldn't refer anyone and they need to have better communication about their repair estimates and returning clients calls."
