"I scheduled an appointment for a dishwasher repair for next day. The next day, I had multiple calls coming from 877 or NY area codes, which I did not answer because they appeared to be SPAM. I was expecting a call from an 816 area if a tech was on the way since this is a Kearney company -- no employee told me any differently when I made the appointment. Just more than an hour before their expected arrival time they wrote me a text that said since someone answered the phone and then hung up, they weren't going to provide my service, but could do it the next day. I called to find out what was going on and was told yes that was their number, too bad. They are totally unprofessional and need to communicate better if they want my business."

"Ricky came to diagnose my washing machine and was very nice and professional. He did what he could and made sure I understood what was happening and why. My washer isn’t worth fixing, but I’ll be sure to call Kearney Appliance repair with any other issues I have down the road."

"Came out told me what was wrong with my fridge.. That was good. Yet failed to inform me it was a warranty part. The guy was eager to charge more than the lg company. The tech that came out said we dont even charge that much, and they wouldn't have had the tools to do it properly anyways. So call the lg Number before these guys. Might save you lots of money."

"Our repairman seemed very helpful and professional at first. He located the issue and took the part home to repair because he was trying to help us save money on buying a replacement part. A week later he returned and installed the repaired part. It ended up costing much more than we were quoted and we never received an invoice. He talked about how much time and money it cost to get to our location. The part recently stopped working again and we requested a different repairman but were told warranty wouldn't cover unless we used the same person. When he contacted me we were quoted a price for travel and repair. I don't know if this is normal, but I don't think its very professional to charge for travel."
