"This company will not reach out to you to let you know if taxes are completed, they will give you the run around and lie about contacting you. I had attempted to reach out to the person doing my taxes and it took 3 calls, (each call was 1 week apart and they promised to get back to me by Monday, and they never did) one online request and physically coming into their location to be able to get a straight answer on when my taxes were completed. I am incredibly disappointed, my father used their services in the past and I never had any of these issues until this year. The most unreliable place and we will not be using their services after this year. They have lost 2 loyal customers."
