"I should told the tech to leave they told me 70 fee including labor they charged 225 to install a thermal fuse on my dryer I felt I was took advantage but to being disabled and needed dryer I would not use them again and would not recommend them to my friends and family there was there at most 15 minutes paid total 295 for 15 minutes of work."

"I called them for my washing machine it wasn't draining. I paid the 69.99 fee the technician came didn't take anything off my washer to look at it didn't listen to me just told me I needed a drain pump Motor and it would be 325 more I said I'd think about it. I ended up taking the front off my washer opened the filter and took it off and there were socks in the filter area took them out and my washer is working brand new. The technician could have taken the time to look instead of just jumping and had I not looked myself I would have spent money that didn't need spent. I would not recommend I'd get a second opinion!!"

"These people canceled my 07 Nov appointment on the 26th of Nov. Needless to say they never showed up for the original one or the two before that one. No way to contact a real person for them either to ask why they keep wasting my time."

Then they cancel the appointment the day of. Beware do not fall for this scam operation and if you did make sure you cancel whatever card you used."

Then 3 hours before the appointment they cancelled saying they didn't have certified technicians and to call another company. They charged my credit card company and while they did refund the amount, I cancelled the card."
