"I moved a piece of furniture which caused lower back strain. I didn't seek quickly, but 3 months (Dec. 2023) later went to Empower. Brackon was very helpful and provided several exercises to do which helped immensely. It took several weeks of consistent therapy(at home with the right exercises) and by the end of Jan. the pain was gone. I still do some of the stretches because I think they are helpful overall.
