"Just don’t waste your time, because in the end they will definitely waste it on their own. I waited a month for an appointment, and went to an office out of my way - to make sure I could get my sonogram and doctors visits back to back. I confirmed the appointments a week prior, only to show up and have BOTH appointments rescheduled without my knowledge. The receptionist lied to my face about leaving me a voicemail less than two business days prior, despite claiming at first that it didn’t show a date for their call. I didn’t even have a missed call from them, let alone a voicemail. There was no email communication, no calls, and definitely no follow up."

"I see Dr. Sarah Baldassoro at this office and she's wonderful! I really like that she takes the time to listen to me and provides me with professional and sound advice related to my women's healthcare needs. She was recommended to me by a friend and I'm so thankful for that recommendation. The office staff is pleasant and the nursing staff is great as well. Dr. Baldassoro understands that there are times when making certain decisions regarding reproductive health can be painstaking. She carefully and empathetically walks you through each step and guides you as she would her mother, her sister, herself. The practice as a whole is currently going through some transition and it can be difficult to get messages returned but I'm hoping that will smooth out and things will return as they were previously very soon."

"Would give zero stars if I could. Horrid experience. Went to an appointment there with two confirmations by phone and by email that said my appointment was at a certain time and when I got there I thought I was 20 minutes early they told me I was wrong and I was 20 minutes late. They refused to see me even when I showed evidence. Mind you the appointment time they said I was late to I would have been only 6 minutes late to and I had already filled out all paperwork early and sent over my information. Bad management and the lady who runs the practice was really nice at first but then came back with an attitude that surprises me she has made it in this field at all. Stay clear of this place, better if you just find somewhere else to go then put your body through this stress. Update: they also have now had a security breach of personal information they had to email me about so yeah…steer clear unless you want your information spread around."

"This. Practice. Cares! I have delivered my two babies with this group of doctors and I wouldn't trust anyone else. They each put the patient first no matter what. Dr Ahmed delivered my second kiddo and gave me every option before allowing me to choose how I wanted to proceed with my delivery. She even stayed after delivery to make sure baby was breathing fine and got all the pictures I ever could want! The office staff is caring and truly takes their time from front desk to rooming and nursing. You can tell they work well together and are here for the patient. I used to go to a very busy OBGYN where I felt like I was nothing but a number...and here...I feel like family! Thank you TPWH!"

"Since I’ve first began seeing her as my OBGYN, she has moved to 4 different locations with no heads up or prior notice.This within itself was a red flag. Locations: -Research Medical Center -Leawood location -Menorah Hospital (Overland Park) -Now she has a Prairie Village location I am currently 8 months pregnant and I have visited ALL of these locations just to see her, which is an inconvenience. The communication between patients and the doctors office/nurses/staff is unprofessional and argumentative. You get a lot of push back from them when you are requesting certain things. Such as appointment dates/times and documents! With the appointments, they want you to go based off of what they want to schedule you with versus what you ask for and your preference. I’ve requested documents to be filled out on my behalf due to my job/HR department requesting certain things for my maternity leave and for me to work from home. And I was basically told that she as my doctor does not have to provide this documentation. Which is odd. I’ve never heard of this in the medical profession field. Paperwork was rushed and didn’t include information requested. Resulting in me not be able to work from home, even though I am 8 months pregnant! All of my appointments are always as if they are being rushed. My last appointment was literally 10-15 mins. She checked my baby’s heartbeat and that was it. I haven’t had an ultrasound since January 2023 by the way. And she told me to come back in 2 weeks. Which I will not be attending that appointment. I don’t feel like she takes her time with her patients and handles all of their needs and concerns. I will not be returning to her facility. I’ve already found me a new doctor, who has seen me in such short time and she is awesome! I do not recommend Dr.Ahmed or her medical office(s). She’s 100% not a fit for me! I’m sure others have experienced this as well. I will not be going back to see her. 0/10, do not recommend!"
