"I bring my cat here regularly for his appointments. The staff and veterinarians have always been kind and helpful. Staff is accommodating and able to get me scheduled easily. I appreciate the veterinarian reaching out to check up on my pet and will continue to come here."
"After bringing our cat in due to a suspected UTI, he received a catheter and we were recommended to take him to mission Kansas for an overnight vet observation, as this vet cannot do overnight observation for whatever reason. Our cat had a urinary blockage, and was still under sedation when we were told to take him to Mission Kansas, for his overnight observation. Why he was allowed to leave STILL UNDER SEDATION I don't know. This vet was also supposed to call the Overnight Vet and let them know we were coming, and what had been done, this phone call NEVER happened. Unfortunately, when the Overnight Vet went to remove sedation, our cats heart stopped and he did not make it. He wasn't even 2 years old. We were not told before the procedure that he would need overnight care, and it would be best if he got the procedure, and observation, at the Overnight Vet, which would have been the more responsible, humane option. Due to this negligence, we will NEVER recommend this vet to anyone. If I could give this place no stars I would. Added photos of the baby boy we lost, I hope this office looks at him, and thinks about the absolute AGONY they've caused us."
"My dog Rusty and I had a wonderful visit to the office. Their practice was inviting, timely, and extremely helpful. They took great care of us even though my dog had to get multiple shots and blood work. They were gentle and treated my companion as if it were their own. Highly recommend."
