While we were being helped, a very rude customer gave the clerk a very hard time. She handled the situation very perfessionally and did her best to make his experience better. He did not respond in a very professional manner. I am from out of town, but the experience that I had was exceptional. She was by far one of the best customer service reps that I have dealt with.
