"This is a completely incompetent store. They tell you one thing then sign you up for stuff you didn't ask for. They must work on commission. I asked for a basic no frills line for my business. They signed it up as the most expensive package and put insurance on it that I didn't ask for. Told me my bill would go up $15 a month. Well it went up alot more than that. Do yourself a favor and go to another store and avoid this on at all costs."
"AT&t is so rude I would never do business with them. I ordered internet and the technician never showed up to hook it up then when I called customer service they were rude to me. So I sent their internet stuff back to them in 3 days and they charged me. I went into this store and this guy was so rude I told his customers in there not to do business with them"
"I would just like to start off and say that I am super disappointed with my service with this location. Turns out they aren’t part of the corporate, and are basically their own internet/ phone provider. When I went to go to set up my home internet, the lady said it was $55 dollars. No annual fees/ or extras to have a line put in at my house. And btw it’s only 55 if you do automatic payments. I go to look at my gmail and AT&T account and now I’m being charged 160 dollars?? Called up to this location at least 10 different times, and all they could do was direct me to some dumb robot who can’t help me explain why I’m getting charge extra fees. The manager is always “on break”, they tell me to call back in 5 minutes, 10 minutes, and hour??? The staff are rude and talk to me like I don’t know what im talking about. Now I’m getting ignored when I call up there, no one answers. And they literally know my personal info including my social security number? This is my first time trying to get internet. And because I can’t get ahold of anyone, there is suppose to be some random person showing up to my house asking to install even though I’ve tried cancelling. Such a waste of everyone’s time honestly. I’m super dissatisfied and honestly astonished with how unprofessional these people are. 100% would not recommend."
"After the store clerk reset my iPhone 14 ProMax, I lost access to all data on my calendar and notes, my ringtone changed as well as my keyboard. After returning, they then sent me to a private company to fix the problem (after denying they did anything wrong) and he could not fix it, either. It has been a nightmare!"
"I wish I had something positive and nice to say but I don’t. I called and talked to different members from this store and was told many different stories on how to repair my phone or even upgrade. Finally went in to talk with someone. I was calm and collected, just trying to figure out how to fix my device and while talking with a trainee, a male employee stopped and instantly said I needed to calm down and lose my attitude which I was just asking the trainee why my phone would need to be sent away for 7 days to fix my screen and how I need my phone for work, kids, etc. This male employee instantly became rude with me telling me to calm down when I was talking in a calm manner and just asking a question. He was rude and hateful. The trainee was nice, but he was awful. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced rude employees at this location. I’d rather drive to Springfield which is a bummer since I live 2 minutes away from this store. Won’t be back there again as along as I have AT&T."
