"DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE. I have had increasingly disappointing experiences at this office. I have been a patient for a little over 5 years, but the last 2 have turned me away. I am now looking for a new OBGYN. Twice in a row I have had to leave the office without being seen and reschedule my appointment because the office was running an hour or so behind. They do not think their clients time is valuable. This was made clear to me when I expressed my concerns to the staff about scheduling and was given a snarky and rude response. I understand that emergencies happen, but when a patient is sitting in an exam room for an hour without any communication (multiple times in a row) we are beyond the acceptable. I am now about to run out of medication and will not be able to refill my prescription because the doctor has not seen me. In addition to not being seen, I can remember three separate and additional instances where I have left this office in tears because of how upset and frustrated the staff made me feel. They disregarded my discomfort during an ultrasound and made negative comments about my weight. (comments were not made by the doctor.) This pattern also extends beyond me. I have a close friend who recently had a child with this office. On several occasions she was talked down to about complications (outside of her control) with her pregnancy, resulting in severe and unneeded added anxiety. In addition to the negative comments she also had labor complications due to having to wait on the doctor during delivery. The doctor was more concerned about her dislike for the hospital she choose to work at then delivering the new born baby. In conclusion, the staff is rude and does not value their patients time or emotions. I am currently looking for a new OBGYN, and I would recommend others to elsewhere."

"Always a great experience when at womens care specialist!! I have delivered 2 babies with dr. Matuszek! My second pregnancy did not go well and spent 6 weeks in the hospital. Dr. Matuszek dr ott and dr mohrman were amazing! I felt safe under the care of all of them! Thank you for all you do!!"

"I rarely write reviews and hate to complain but The St. Peter’s office is far superior. They seem more organized and on time more often. Every time I’ve gone to the St. Peter’s location, my wait both in the waiting room and in the back room have never been more than 15 minutes. I love my doctor. However, the St. Luke’s location’s office staff is rude and makes you feel bad for asking a question. I’ve waited for over an hour here before to just get taken into the back. Once after being in the waiting room for 45 minutes, I went up and told them my appointment was schedule for 30 minutes prior. One staff member in the back got an attitude while telling the front desk what to tell me. I had called and made my appointment earlier that day so if my doctor was running this behind, her staff should inform patients accordingly"

"I have been a patient here since 2004. I am now 27 years old and have delivered 2 babies through this office. It breaks my heart to be writing this review but I feel it needs to be done. This office was wonderful for a while. Unfortunately, I was treated very poorly and judged by a doctor I had so much respect for and felt so safe around. I went in to have my IUD removed because my body had been experiencing so much pain and NO one could figure out why, not even my primary so it was suggested that I get my IUD removed to see if that would ease the pain at all. I went in to have this done and felt judged the whole time. Felt like I was doing something very wrong because I was being questioned and told you didn't give it enough time. To me that doesn't matter. I am the patient. I have been experiencing so much pain, pain that I no longer wanted to experience. Then I walked out of the office to hear my doctor talking about me and how it was ridiculous that I was getting the IUD removed after not giving it a chance. Her biggest concern was the amount of money spent on the IUD than my well being and the pain my body was going through. This to me is very wrong and I will no longer go to this office. Feeling that the doctor and the office cares more about the cost than the patients well being is a huge concern of mine. Just a heads up to anyone who is thinking of becoming a patient. Also- The staff is always in a poor mood. While pregnant the last thing you want to deal with is crabby snobby women- they should find another job if they are so miserable because having an attitude right when someone walks in is just terrible customer service and is the last thing a woman wants to deal with before she comes in to PAY to get poked and probed."
