"Received a bill from over a year ago and have tried for 3 days to access their website or talk to someone. Website is down and get a message that their system is down and hangs up on me."

"Just now finding out about a bill we didn’t even know we owed from 2021 and it’s 2024. The way we found out is by checking our credit score and they say there’s money owed no problem to pay it. Just Annoying that it affected my credit score"

"I have never been sent to a billing collection in my ENTIRE life. This place has a patient “portal” that you will have zero access to. They sent me a separate bill that I tried checking the balance for because I thought I payed it in full upon my visit, and couldn’t even do that because my account was locked?? Why is it locked? How am I supposed to even pay or see what I owe? Then to top it off they have NO ONE answer the phone for billing department. I tried reaching this place FOUR different times to get my account figured out and no one answers. After getting sent around multiple times they told me my bill was sent to collections already! It hasn’t even been that long! The worst part is there are so many more people in the reviews with this same issue. Horrible business practice, I am NOT happy."

"Wasn’t notified of any debt owed back from last year. I got a notice from a debt collector that I have outstanding debt and I cannot connect with anyone on the phone, the lines keeps ringing then hangs up. The operator at St Lukes can’t even get me connected."

"This medical provider turned me into a bill collections service even after I paid my bill in cash at the time of service. Trying to get ahold of someone at St. Lukes to figure out what is going on. Terrible billing practices"
