"She was great and I REALLY liked her. She was kind and knowledgeable and I really trusted her. I hadn’t found an OB like that in a long time. One day I had a funeral to attend and had completely forgotten about my appointment because I was so wrapped up in what was going on. I let the office know as soon as I remembered. Well, she refused to let me reschedule and told me she could no longer see me. I do respect their time and understand that it messes up their schedule but unfortunately I was extremely disappointed and very very upset about this. Like I said I hadn’t found a doctor that I’d liked this much in a long time. So bottom line, I’d recommend her but make sure you don’t miss an appointment or you get the boot!!!"

"I would highly recommend Dr. Byron and her practice of doctors to anyone looking for an OB. She was great at answering questions and made me feel completely at ease through my whole pregnancy with any concerns I had. Her 3 doctors in her practice and nurses were just as amazing as she was. My delivery was with one of the additional practicing doctors but felt just at ease with her, Dr. Mendenhalll, as I did Dr. Byron. I even felt completely comfortable and at ease that my son and I were in good hands when my water broke nearly 3 weeks early. Additionally to my comfort, my husband always felt like Dr. Byron and the doctors in her practice were very knowledgeable and that our son and I were going to be in great hands from my first appointment through delivery. We were both right about our instincts on our doctors."
