""I appreciated Angelina's honesty regarding the outcome of declining certain treatments, which previous dentists hadn't mentioned. However, I was surprised by the pushiness in sales from both Angelina and the staff. When I mentioned seeking other opinions, Angelina seemed offended and made a dismissive remark about not being interested in taking my money. Additionally, her comments about my ethnicity and teeth were inappropriate, and stereotypical. I felt pressured to purchase specialty toothpaste after a routine cleaning, which made me uncomfortable given the timing of comments. While I understand the need for consent forms, almost being declined a routine cleaning for not agreeing to additional services felt overly pushy and made me feel violated as a patient." Overall the place was welcoming!"
