"Very disappointed in timekeepers. I referred my friend there to get an old pocket watch fixed. They had the watch for 2 weeks and all they did was steal all the components inside and switch it out with another watch. Thank goodness that we took pictures of the watch before we dropped it off. We were able to get the original parts back still not clear if we got all the gems back though. I would never ever take anything of value to this place. They completely ruined my friend's Christmas present. All they are is a pawn shop in the heart of Clayton. They should be shut down. Very dishonest people run the place. I've warned you! Don't ever take anything there!"

"I came here to see if they would be interested in my jewelry. I had more than enough documented information on them. The lady I spoke with was very rude, short, and honestly unhelpful. She said barely two words to me. I asked what they would be willing to take it for, and she insisted I give a price on what I wanted. I threw a number out and she pushed my documents at me and said “not for us”. My problem is not with the business. Just the poor customer service. I would not recommend selling here."
