"Love Love Love Dr Sudduth BUUTTTTT the front desk clerks are extremely rude in tone, and demeanor. I made an appointment a year in advance and it got canceled the day before. I asked for a rescheduled appointment and had to wait 4 months to see any doctor. When i asked if there was a sooner appointment, the clerk told me i could call back every day to see if someone canceled. No empathy for clients at all. She was very rude when i asked questions and kept rolling her eyes and sighing as if i was an inconvenience to her day for asking questions about rescheduling. Go somewhere else if you want to feel comfortable and welcomed."

"It's a shame they have such great Drs with such bad front desk. "I'm just going to rip it down once you leave. It's ugly" was overheard on the day they set up screens for the pandemic. I had to put in a formal complaint to even get front desk to stop violating covid protocols by bullying people into standing shoulder to shoulder at the tiny window to check in. They made my pregnancy a miserable experience. I felt like I had to fight front desk to get tested with bare bones respect. I get that not everyone liked that my husband was allowed with me throughout everything because I had medical need to not be alone.. so I don't blame anyone from the waiting room who was rude to me.. but you'd think a medical building's front end staff would have more understanding of disabilities.. between that and a social worker at UH birthing center going against hospital records and reporting me to CPS for being disabled... Ill never step foog in there again. And urge anyone who is disabled do the same."

"Dr. Jenkins wonderful lovely doctor truly cares for her patients. All the staff front the front desk to all the nurses have always made us feel welcomed and treated us as with so much respect and care."

"I’ve been dealing with the front desk for about 3 weeks now and they are SUPER unprofessional. I never even made it to see the doctor so I can’t comment on the medical staff but the front desk needs more training ASAP or a whole nee staff. When I called today the receptionist answered the phone mid-laugh like she was at home. I am constantly on hold because no one can ever locate my referral in the system. They say they’ll call me back. They never do, I call them back and AGAIN I’m on hold because they can’t find me in the system. Then they say that I’ll receive a call in a few days again because “the Doctor isn’t in until Wednesday” or “the person who hands referrals isn’t in until tomorrow”. Conveniently no one who can help me is ever in the office. I wait a few days and call again and get the same run around. Also, I can hear their back ground conversations while I wait. It’s so frustrating and sad because as someone who is dealing with a medical issue you’re stressed enough without having to run the gauntlet of a lax and lackadaisical reception and I PRAY for other patients sakes (because I’m most definitely not setting foot in that establishment after today) that the front desk is no reflection of the medical staff."
