"Contacted Imber October ‘22 to have winterization and repairs done. Winterization was done without any issues. Repairs were a bit of a challenge. Initially there issues as repair people kept coming and little was done. Some of the repairs that were made did not live up to expectations with pipes not plumb and leaking joints. After having a conversation with the owner he sent one of their most experienced guys, Johnny. This dude knows pools! As soon as he was at my pool things started moving quickly and the repairs now look great. He even went out of his way to make the filter placement better to easily access the controls. Also, if you have questions about pool chemistry ask Johnny. He knows his stuff with nearly 50 years of experience. Because of the work Johnny did I changed my review. The final product is very nice, but the process of getting there was not ideal. I hope Imber can get more people trained to the level of work I ended with so the process does not take as long.
