"I was happy with my first initial pregnancy appt, but I feel like I wasn’t made aware of some things that made me feel uncomfortable. I wasn’t told it would be a vaginal ultrasound until I got back to the ultrasound room… it would be nice to be made aware of that 100%… I also wasn’t asked if I was okay with it, they just did it without my knowledge. For my next baby, I know I won’t be doing a vaginal ultrasound, they look the same as a regular ultrasound. I also wasn’t made aware what floor my ob was on, I was called for confirmation of my appt but not given info on where exactly to check in. Check out for scheduling my whole pregnancy was not great, the girl was not kind or informative on what she was doing."

"So I want to start off by saying Dr Franklin is amazing I love having her as my OB but her nurse Stacy needs replacing, which is why the 1 star I just can't look past it anymore. Her nurse Stacy is awful she never responds to messages in a timely matter if at all, and when a note is left to call even if it says please call after a certain time since I'll be at work till then she disregards it (I'm not asking for a major time just not before a certain time they still have several hours left to be open so) if she calls back at all and if she does call its while im at work then i have to call them back only to be told they will call me back in 24-48 hours only becausethey cant do a simple task. I was supposed to have a referral sent to an maternal fetal medicine doctor about me needing to be seen for gestational diabetes a week ago and they still have not sent it to the mfm doctor and I've left notes and no response and no referral sent I'm getting very frustrated I feel like mine and my baby's health don't matter to this nurse please replace her with someone that can actually do her job I am already stressed about being diagnosed but then trying to get seen for it and not being able to because the nurse still has not done her job is frustrating I feel like they don't care and our health does not matter at all I've been crying over the stress and worry about my diagnosis that I still have not been seen for and feel unheard this neglect is insane. Dr Franklin is amazing but beware her nurse"

"When dr. Richmond was there it was a great experience. Now I’m trying to go back to change my birth control and the wait time is ridiculous. You will sit on hold for 30 minutes to an hour. I can’t imagine if I was pregnant again waiting this long. I wouldn’t use this location anymore. Good to know for when I have my next child that your call and needs are not a priority"

"Let me start out by saying Dr. Kidder and his nurse are the absolute best! You will never find a better, OB/GYN! With that in mind ever since Cox took over it's been nothing but a nightmare! I needed one paper for my surgery tomorrow and the line was all the way past the elevators to wait to speak to a front desk clerk. They are always rude and seem to not want to even be there. If it wasn't for Dr. Kidder I would've brought this clinic a long time ago. I really hope Cox realizes how much is value he is to the hospital!!"

"I've been waiting 2 weeks for someone to call me and let me know when my surgery will be. I have called multiple times and have had to hold for as long as 40 minutes just to be asked to wait for someone to callback soon. 2 weeks is ridiculous, especially when I am in pain and just need this surgery to improve my life. The receptionist that tried to change my last appointment was absolutely ride and never apologized. They only reason you get 2 stars is because the doctor was helpful, everyone else have been awful.."
