"My experience in Dr. Fraser's office has been a mix of pretty good and not the best. Today I called to let the office know I was running late to the appointment. The person who answered the phone was rather terse and let me know if I was 15 min late I would have to reschedule. Of course I realize I should be in time for my appointments, but I think I would handle a situation like that a bit differently if I were answering the phone. I would probably thank the person for taking the time to call and let the office know about the scheduling issue, before offering a gentle reminder about the attendance policy. Also, how funny that I cannot be 15 min late, but my appointments at Mercy never start on time, no matter how early I arrive. The techs who conduct my ultrasounds have been pretty friendly overall. I wish I could request the same tech each time, because if the tech is talkative and informative, I tend to find out a lot of details. If the tech Is quiet, I don't tend to find out much, because Dr. Fraser doesn't seem to be overly communicative about my results. The first tech we had was my favorite, but I haven't seen her again. She narrated the ultrasound pretty thoroughly and really explained her findings and even opted to do an extra transvaginal ultrasound to confirm her findings. Each tech seems to have really different opinions, so I don't seem to get a consistent delivery of information. Dr. Fraser does seem to be a well-informed doctor, but not very warm or loquacious. Somehow I was able to find results to my genetic test before he noticed the same results, and so, he didn't have some answers I would have liked to hear."

"Terrible physician. Accepted me as a patient and then decided he didn’t have time for me had a nurse call me and tell me I would never have children when he never even knew my history or looked at my chart would not recommend if you’re looking for a Doctor Who wants to invest in you."
