"The first time I did dry cleaning was February 2020 because I got a new job I need to clean all my new clothes. The owner was extremely nice and talkative and I told her about my great new job and that I’ll be seeing her more often. Well the pandemic hits and I don’t wear a dress shirt for two years. We’re starting to go back into the office more and so I dropped off my dry cleaning today. She freaking remembers me on the spot. “Oh yeah I remember you, you started that new job at Purina 2 years ago!” I’m just so floored. Shows she really cares a lot. I will be returning as often as I can. 10/10"
