I asked for a detailed receipt but got only a lump sum receipt. Compared my $40 price paid with a competitor who advertises price and it was 22% less. I don’t like having to be a detective to know what prices are."
"I do think my jacket was decently cleaned, but I don't have anything else positive to say. The woman working there continued her personal conversation on her phone the entire time I was in the store. I handed her the ticket, paid, and left without any verbal exchange. Also the place smelled like smoke, so I wonder how they can claim their clothes are clean if their employees are smoking inside. Also I just realized that I turned my jacket in on a fancy hanger and they gave it back on a wire hanger."
