"They do a great job at a great price with whatever I need dry-cleaned: shirts, pants, sweaters, delicate materials, etc. Also, Mike is the nicest guy I have met in a while."
"They always do a great job on my clothes and have everything ready on time. Mike and his family are awesome and super supportive of WashU students. Support this local family business!"
"they lost one shirt and claimed was my mistake. I brought 20 shirts paid for the 20 and when I picked them up there was 1 missing. They were blaming me and telling me they will refund the dry cleaning, when it was a $30 shirt. I managed to remember the type of shirt that was missing and when they called their office, IT WAS THERE!, i got it 1 week later but I saw a lack of professionalism. Wouldn't recommend to go there..."
"The stitching on my embroidery was cut off and they are not centered . They tried to tell that it came like that. I know for a fact that it was not. No military clothing that one buys does not get reviewed for inspection. I was charged $40.00 for one coat stitching and it did not get dry cleaned. I do not recommend this place for military clothing."
"Ridiculously terrible Customer Service! I have been going to this drycleaner for years- i am a loyal customer. I despise writing reviews period- and especially negative ones, as i dont want to cause harm to a local family-run business. But i had a very interesting and, not so great, experience with them recently, and held off on the negative review and tried to provide the owners an opportunity to hear me out and provide some form of decent customer service- and the response i received led to this review. I dropped off 1 dress, and 1 formal suit 2 weeks ago, I was provided a ticket with a date and time to pick them up, as they would be ready. I arrived on that date, two wednesdays ago, in which i rushed 2 hours from work to make it in time before the cleaner closed. On my way, rushing to the cleaner, i called twice, to confirm my clothing was ready to pick up, noone answered. I arrived to find out that my clothing was not ready, when the ticket said it would be. I asked why they didnt call me to tell me that my clothing wasnt ready on the projected date, and the answer i received was, "we didnt expect you to come on time." When i asked if their phone works, i was told yes, and i proceeded to ask why they didnt answer the phone, as i tried to call twice, on my way over. The girl, who claimed multiple times she was a part time employee only, and didnt know anything, was not helpful for any of my questions and concerns. She then, found my suit in the back and packaged it, and told me the dress was not ready, and i would need to pay for both the suit and dress now, and return another day for the dress. I asked to pay for only the suit at this time, as i didnt receive the dress, and she told me i had to pay for both. So, i paid for both, and she provided me no receipt. And i left. I received no phone call the rest of the week, regarding my dress being ready, so i waited until saturday, my day off, to return to the cleaner, to pick up my dress. I arrived on saturday to pick up the dress, i walked into the front door, door was unlocked, open, the lights on, and i stepped inside and stood at the front desk, noone around. I yelled multiple times to the back of the store, to see if someone was working and noone answered. Not wanting to make assumptions, i just waited, in case someone was in the bathroom, or something understandable. I called the store phone two to three times to see if someone would hear it and come out to answer it and then see me. Noone answered, i left voicemails. I continued to stand there, waiting, as i could see my dress hanging in the back, and i knew i had no time during the week to return. After 15-20 mins, the same part-time girl from my last visit to the cleaner, walked into the shop through the front door. This girl had left the entire cleaner, with the doors open and lights on, in an open fashion. I stated i had waited for 20 mins for my dress, which i pointed to was hanging in the back, and she acted confused that i should be upset about my experience, and handed it to me, no apology, no offer for discount. I said goodbye. I called monday morning, as i assumed the owners would be working, i called twice, i left a voicemail explaining that i had a terrible experience, i wanted to talk to them about it, and not write a review. Noone ever called me back, all week. After waiting a week, i wrote this review. The customer service i received was unbelievably terrible. I recommend second guessing coming here. On a positive note, the clothing turned out okay."
